How is 2021 Starting Out for You?

I can’t remember a New Year’s Eve, in recent memory, that was anticipated as much as December 31, 2020!  While I often joke that “the Universe doesn’t follow our calendar”, I realize that for many of us, we couldn’t WAIT to put 2020 in our rear-view mirror.

There is a lot to be said for getting your mindset into a positive and resourceful state.  Even if we know that no major changes were going to manifest on January 1, 2021, the hope of a brighter and more prosperous year got many of us into a much better mood!

So, now that it’s 6 weeks into 2021, how’s it going for you?

Did you hit the ground running or are you just running in place?

Are you still struggling with:

  • Team disharmony?
  • Poor communication between team members and patients?
  • Patients not accepting ideal treatment recommendations?
  • Attracting your “ideal” new patient (do you know who that person is, BTW?)
  • Being on the “insurance treadmill” where you’re working more and taking home less?

If you answered “YES, darn it!” to ANY of these issues (and, believe me, I know there are hundreds more out there), I can help!

If you do not have a written, rock-solid, and team-supported plan in place for 2021 covering all these areas:

  • Clinical & Technology
  • People & Organization
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Systems & Protocols
  • Finance

…you run the risk of looking back on December 31, 2021 and asking yourself, “Well, how did I get here?” (to quote David Byrne)

You have the choice.  Do you focus on your GOALS?  Or do you focus on your EXCUSES?  Your actions and energy will support whichever area you choose.

Do you want to make 2021 your BEST YEAR YET?  I can help!
